▪ Conducted daily meetings with drilling contractors and service companies to discuss HSE and best practices for drilling operations and site work. Implemented drilling optimization practices on the wells to be efficient and ahead of the drilling curve to enhance operational performance without compromising HSE and integrity of the drilling program.
